Project Management Tools, Techniques, and Best Practices
This presentation is about tools, techniques, and best practices for managing projects. The concept of project “triple constraint” (scope, schedule, and cost) will be introduced. You will learn how to develop a “work breakdown structure” to describe project scope of work and a “Gantt chart” to show project schedule. Other tools you will learn include “critical path,” “milestone chart,” and “tracking Gantt chart.” Using these tools you will be able to develop a project plan and track, control, and manage your project effectively.
